After graduating with a degree in biochemistry from the University of British Columbia, I felt qualified to repeatedly try things I knew absolutely nothing about. I started a web design company, wrote scientific papers, photographed weddings, managed a cancer research laboratory, traveled, and had a child. In my fourth year here at High Tech High, my goal is to make you feel equally empowered to step out the front door and explore life.
